杜明，男，汉族，中共党员，1986年6月出生于湖北省仙桃市。2008年7月毕业于天津农学院动物科学系，获得农学学士学位。同年9月考入中国农业大学永利澳门6774.cσm动物遗传育种与繁殖专业，攻读硕士学位，2010年9月提前攻读中国农业大学永利澳门6774.cσm动物遗传育种与繁殖专业博士学位，2013年7月博士研究生毕业，获得农学博士学位。毕业后进入正大集团内蒙古正大食品有限公司工作，历任正大集团内蒙古区正缘项目生产总监，正大集团北方区猪事业培训学校副校长（总经理级），2019年9月回到内蒙古农业大学担任专任教师。
